Shipping policy

At SpikebyN, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:  

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  
- Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination.  
- Order Cutoff: Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3 PM EST will be dropped off for shipping the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be dropped off the following business day.  
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be held for drop-off on Monday morning.  
- Holiday Exceptions: If Monday is a holiday, weekend orders will be dropped off on the next available business day.
