Refund policy

At SpikebyN, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer store credit for eligible returns. Please review our return guidelines below:  

- Return Window: Items can be returned within 20 days of delivery for store credit.  
- Refund Method: Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a gift card.  
- Processing Time: Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your item.  
- Return Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. They must be returned in their original packaging.  
- Final Sale Items: Certain items, including accessories, swimwear, bodysuits, and beauty products, are final sale and cannot be returned.  
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
